The leaves are so juicy that, during the fermenting process, the juice causes other similar leaves to bind together like with glue.  This extreme juiciness provides a wonderful, rich flavor.

This Pu’erh tea was produced in 2012. It comes from Bulang mountain, Menghai, Yunnan, china. Bulang mountain is one of the best Pu'erh tea producing areas in China, with an average altitude of 1216 meters. It is also one of the most reserved areas in ancient tea gardens. Bulang mountain around more than 1000 square kilometers. The Bulang ethnic group is the first one to cultivate, make and drink tea in the world.

Pu'er tea is the only post fermentation type of tea. Its theophylline and tea polyphenols are separated in the long term fermentation process. Therefore, it is gentle in nature, not stimulating the human body, but also can promote metabolism and accelerate the digestion and transformation of fat in the body. The better life, the struggle against fat becomes a major task for people.

The old tea heads are in the process of Pu'er tea fermentation, because some tea is rich in pectin, thus naturally forming heads shape. It can make more times than Pu'er loose tea.

Water temperature: 212℉  (100℃  ) boiling water.

Tea set: Suitable for purple clay teapot or tureen.

The amount of tea: The amount of tea used is about 1/3 or 2/5 of the teapot.

Brewing time: This kind of Pu’erh Heads can brew 15 times. The steps to wake up tea are critical to making dark tea. Before we start making tea, we should wake up dark tea 2-3 times with one hundred degrees of boiling water. If it's stored for a few years, please wake up at least 3 times before brewing. The first brewing time is 15-20 seconds, after the third time each brew add 10-15 seconds, so that each time the soup concentration is even.

Infusion times. According to the process of dark tea and the tenderness of leaves, it can be brewed 5-10 times. Some very good dark tea can be made even more.
